HOME DELIVERY WITH COURIER SERVICE

You can receive our products within few days with home delivery by our courier. You can request the package for your workplace or your apartment on working days.

We recommend that you make sure you provide a delivery location where our courier is sure to find you or your agent.

When ordering, you can enter the delivery information in the comment field (eg doorbell, porter, agent, etc.).

If you encounter any problems with the delivery, please call the customer service telephone number of our contracted logistics partner, where you can obtain accurate information using the tracking code provided in the confirmation letter. Our partner’s phone number will be sent with the ordering process.

2-3 days if the product is in stock or 10-14 days if the product is back-ordered.

Ordering

Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur, TRUSCADA cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unopened condition, with all original tags and labels attached, enabling us to sell the product as new, otherwise we are unable to refund/exchange the item(s).

To return an item, please email customer service within 24 hours of receipt of goods at info@truscadaireland.com
Place the item(s) securely in the original packaging and post it to the following address within 7 days:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to post your return. We do not accept responsibility for any damages or lost items during return delivery.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item for it to be processed. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for the following items :

Scissors, clippers, razors, manicure or pedicure implements and tweezers (this list is not exhaustive).

Please contact us at info@truscadaireland.com before you attempt the return (this does not apply to faulty goods – faulty products will be exchanged like for like).

All our electrical items come with a 6 month warranty.
